How long does a session last for?

Sessions on average last for an hour, although some of the earlier sessions during the course might take slightly longer.

Where do you have your sessions?

I can meet clients face-to-face if they travel to South or Central London.  Otherwise the sessions can be done just as well over the phone.

How much do sessions cost?

Please contact me for my fees for my services.  There are different fee structures for one off sessions compared to set programmes featuring a number of sessions.

How do I pay for a session?

You can pay for my services by cash, cheque, or PayPal.  

Will our sessions be private?

All information disclosed during coaching sessions is private.  I am also registered under the Data Protection Act 1998
